Lake Michigan Yacht Sales Expands to Charlevoix

CHARLEVOIX, MI - Lake Michigan Yacht Sales Charlevoix (LMYS Charlevoix) is excited to announce a major transformation of an industrial site into a state-of-the-art marine services and boat storage facility on Ferry Road. This project, set to begin construction in summer 2025, will not only revitalize the area but also significantly expand marine services in Charlevoix.

The development will clean up and modernize the existing industrial site, adding substantial green spaces and improving the visual appeal of the area. The redesigned facility will incorporate environmentally friendly features, aligning with the company's commitment to sustainable practices.

LMYS Charlevoix, a subsidiary of Onekama Marine Inc., brings 60 years of marine industry experience to this project. As a certified Michigan Clean Marina, Onekama Marine Inc. has a proven track record of environmental stewardship and industry-leading practices.

Construction is scheduled for completion by summer 2026. The company plans to host community information sessions and open houses throughout the development process to ensure transparency and gather local input.
